June 8-9: Hidden Gardens Rotterdam
Rotterdam celebrated its yearly “Hidden Gardens of Rotterdam” event. There were 90 gardens opened for viewing. The garden of Mr. & Mrs. Marianne Hoffman was one of these. They offered a space for SPOSA CHILD to set up a little corner where visitors could buy tea, coffee, lemonade and sandwiches. More personal funds were donated for this project by Ms. Mary Adams, Mr. Jerry Egberts and Mr. Peter Booms. Proceeds for the Book Project were requested by Bantay Bata 163 Negros, Philippines.
Funds were raised for the teacher and student school textbooks 11 schools in Negros Occidental namely: Socorro Sy Estrada Elem.School, Handumanan High School, Hinigaran Institute, EB Magalona National High School, Cabug National High School, Iluminado Nessia Elementary School, Holy Family Home
